viviènne model management is an expanding international model agency. Together with notable clients we expand our leading position. This position provides a 4-day-week only and home-office is possible. A friendly being and team spirit is our basic requirement.
As modelbooker you are responsible for the booking of the models.
Together we create supermodels! You establish and maintain contacts. You are in client contact for even 80 % of your time. You already have experience in tele-sale and you have lots of fun by phoning?

I have / I am:
- prior experience as a model booker or in telesales
- Service-oriented, eloquent and communicative
- Organized, structured and work very precisely
- a pleasant, expressive and sympathetic phone voice
- Constantly hardworking and ambitious, because that's my guarantee of success!
- joyful when it comes to sales conversations and customer acquisition
- solid computer skills (MS Office)
- an affinity to the model and fashion industry
MY TASKS:
- client service by telephone : independent and intensive support of existing and new customers
- you develope already existing client relationships
- Creation of model proposals to suit the customer's briefing
- Conducting contract negotiations
- Concluding master agreements
- data maintenance
